Making this number stack was such a fun experience! Our lovely client let me try out a design budget for the first time. She gave me a theme and some colors and I got to create something super awesome! I also think it's kinda cool to see the process of designing it, to then building it and seeing the final complete piece. A design budget is a budget set by the client which I work in and get creative within those perimeters. As an artist this allows me to use all the ideas I've got stored in my head and then can use them in my balloon arrangements! What are your business hours?

Do you have delivery available?

YES!!! Delivery is available for orders with a minimum of $50.

We charge $15.00 within 10 miles of the studio, there is an additional $2.00 per mile.

Delivery fee is based on location and is not always available. Please check with us to see if delivery is available on your date.

Someone must be present to bring the balloons inside immediately upon delivery. Balloons left outside are more likely to pop. Delivery drivers cannot redeliver.
Can I choose my own colors?

Yes! our curated color palettes are coming out soon to make choosing colors easy!

Don't know what colors you want? Schedule a color consultation with our team for an additional charge.
Do you offer Helium Balloons?

Due to the current national helium shortage, Balloon Boutique is not offering helium balloons at this time.

Do balloons do well in the sun?

Although we use the highest quality balloons available on the market, balloons naturally do not do well in the sun. Since air expands when it's hot, the balloons tend to pop when in direct sun (especially dark-colored balloons).

We always recommend placing your balloons in a shaded area to ensure they look great for your event!
Will you fill balloons I already have?

We do not inflate balloons brought to us.
How do I order Balloons?

You can either fill out a request form on our CONTACT page to place an order or give us a call at 970-646-1227.

Are your balloons eco-friendly?

Yes! We use the highest-quality balloons available. They are made of 100% natural biodegradable latex. We advise all clients to pop and dispose of balloons properly once done.

We also are a part of the Pro Environment Balloon Alliance!
Can I get a refund?

As artists, each creation is unique and made just for you. We understand the anticipation that comes with ordering a personalized balloon arrangement, and we appreciate the trust you place in us to deliver a one-of-a-kind creation.
Please note that due to the personalized and bespoke nature of our balloon designs, once an order is placed, we cannot offer refunds. This policy is in place to honor the time, effort, and creativity invested in each order.
Are your balloons air-filled?

Yes! All of our balloons are air-filled and need to be secured to something in your event space.
How do I order balloons for pickup?

You can pick up from our studio space in Greeley, CO (Mon-Fri, 8:30 am-3:30 pm). You can select a pick-up date/time during the ordering process. Please fill out an inquiry to start your order!

We offer pick-ups Mon-Fri, so the best day to pick up is Friday for weekend events (don't worry they will last ALL weekend).

How soon will I receive a response?
